Hardheid:
Voor de buizen met een WT ≥ 2 mm, moeten Rockwell-hardheidstests worden uitgevoerd.
Tests van de naadloze ketelbuizen:
1. Buigen Test:
De buizen zouden de buigende test moeten nemen wanneer OD ≤22mm. De buighoek is 90 graden en de buigradius is 6 keer de buitendiameter van de stalen buis.
2. Hydraulische test;
Wervelstroomtests, ultrasone testen kunnen worden gebruikt in plaats van hydraulische tests. Bij wervelstroomtesten, GB / T 7735-1995 Gr. A moet worden gevolgd; bij ultrasoon testen, GB / T 5777-1996 Gr. C8 moet worden gevolgd.
